Wilhelmina (Glenn) Griffin passed away June 25, 2020. She was born March 28, 1931 in Columbia, South Carolina the daughter of Joseph and Mary (Trapp) Glenn. She retired from Wright Patterson Air Force Base after many years of dedicated service and also had been employed by Wilberforce University. She was a member of St. John Missionary Baptist Church where she served in the Young Adult Choir and the Hattie Jackson Guild. She was also a member of Akbar Temple and The Friends Club.
She leaves to cherish her memory her daughters, Vickie (Claude) Brewer of Chattanooga, Tennessee and Robin (Victor) Casey of Springfield, Ohio; grandchildren, Troy Berrien, Brandon Watkins, Ashley Watkins and Victor Casey III, 13 great grandchildren; niece, Veronica Leech; nephew, Kirk Ferguson; special friends, Alex and Virginia McCarty, Gina Holland, Margaret Echols and Louise Wilson. Wilhelmina was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Alvin Griffin; daughter, Lisa Davis; grandson, Curtis Davis and sister, Ethel Ferguson.
Visitation is Thursday, July 2, 2020 from 2 p.m. until the time of service at 3 p.m. in St. John Missionary Baptist Church.
