Reggie A. Ragland

Reggie Allen Ragland, lovingly known as "Reg", departed this earthly realm on November 9, 2023, at the age of 67 in his hometown of Springfield, Ohio. Born and raised in Springfield, Reggie exemplified the qualities of a dedicated and loyal family man. He touched the lives of all who were fortunate enough to know him, leaving an indelible mark on their hearts.

Reggie is survived by his loving sons, Reggie Allen, Christopher (Daniqua), and Dayquan, as well as his beloved daughters, Regina (George) and Trina. He was a proud grandfather to eight adored grandchildren, Christopher, Ethan Ryan, Cameron, Tristen, Juelez, Kennedy, and Kendall. Great Grandson, Chris "CJ" Johnson. Additionally, he is survived by his dear brothers, Ronnie (Sherri) and Ricky (Justina ), and his lifelong devoted friend, Kimberly Brown. Reggie is now reunited with his loved ones who preceded him in death, including his grandparents, Talmadge (Myra B) Ragland; his dear mother, Joan Ragland Vance; his sisters, Annette and Vicky (Lenny); uncle, Ayubu Moyo; aunt, Mary Ann and his beloved son, Trent Ragland.

A visitation and funeral service will be held to honor Reggie's life and celebrate the cherished memories he leaves behind. We invite family and friends to gather together at 2 pm on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at Zion Hill Baptist Church, 1010 Dibert Avenue, Springfield, OH 45506.  Funeral services will follow in the church at 3 p.m.   Burial will be Monday, November 20, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. in Ferncliff Cemetery.
