Nicole Chaffon Duncan

Nicole Chaffon Duncan, 48, of Springfield, Ohio passed Wednesday, January 11, 2023.  She was born February 16, 1974 in Springfield, Ohio the daughter of Ronald Colquitt Sr. and Denise Duncan. 

Nicole graduated from Springfield South High School.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, working and playing bid whist.  She was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan!  She was employed by Empowering People as a direct support professional for three years and previously worked for McDonalds’ for 15 years. 

Nicole’s memory will be cherished by her mother, Denise Duncan; a son, Shaquan Terry; a daughter, Lavada Terry; grandson, Jakai Terry; siblings, Ronice Colquitt, Terrance Walker Sr., Michael Bibbs and Krista Webster; stepfather, George L. Webster Jr.; maternal grandmother, Dorothy M. Duncan; aunts, Juanita Colquitt, Cynthia Colquitt, Karen Renee Duncan, Tina (Craig) Duncan-Reichel, Tracey Duncan, Dawn Duncan, Vada (Thaddeus) Duncan-Traylor and Shawn Duncan; godfather, Samuel Whitaker Sr; special friends, Brinita Bush, Bridget Thompson and Terry and a host of other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Colquitt Sr.; brother, Ronald Colquitt Jr.; paternal grandparents, Harris and Fannie Colquitt; maternal grandfather, Richard Duncan, several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Visitation is Wednesday, January 18, 2023 from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 12 noon in the Robert C. Henry Funeral Home.
