Markus Allan Storey

STOREY, Markus 36, of Springfield, Ohio was born June 11, 1983 the son of Paul and Tina Storey went to be with the Lord on May 30, 2020. Markus took pride in being a machinist at Silfex where he met many new friends. Markus was an avid sports lover. He loved the game of baseball and was a loyal member of the Raider Nation, Alabama Roll Tide and the Houston Astros. You could often find him playing Madden or golfing with his brother. Markus was a devoted father to Jayden, Alanna, Houston and Zoey. His infectious personality and loving spirit touched the hearts of everyone he encountered. His memory will be cherished by his devoted fiancé, Amber Williams; daughters, Alanna Storey and Zoey Williams; son, Houston Storey; father, Paul Storey; brother, Julius (Rachael) Storey; grandparents, Carthell (Virginia) Storey; a devoted bond to his aunt, Mia (Steven) Davenport and a host of other aunts, uncles and cousins; countless lifelong friends, with a special mention to Dustin and Mallory Cordell along with their children, Connor, Kaiah and Karis, Antwan Castleberry and Donte Pettiford.  Markus was preceded in death by his son, Jayden Allan Storey; mother, Tina Storey; grandparents, Donald (Esther) Howard; close friend, Brandon Young (BY); aunt, Kimberly Howard; uncles, Wayne Anthony Howard, Stephen Lee Howard and Dexter Leneil Storey.

 Visitation is Monday, June 8, 2020 from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 12 noon at Greater First Baptist Church, 1175 Upper Valley Pike, Springfield, OH 45504, officiated by Pastor Dewitt Means. Burial will follow at Ferncliff Cemetery.
