Durbin L. Warren, 45, of Springfield passed away unexpectedly on March 16, 2022. He was born on October 5, 1976 in Springfield, OH the son of Elwood Eugene Warren and Octarhinetta Penny Dyer-Warren. Durbin is survived by his two children, Daykisha O. R. Warren and Durbin L. G. Warren, Jr.; stepson, Michael E. B. Minter, Jr.; sisters, Pamela E. Warren and Rosalina Smith-Warren; brothers, James E. Warren and Rob Wells. 5 step-grandkids, special friend and brother to LaKisha Cole, Nehemiah (Shawn) Story, special friends, Arlin (Heather) Gaskins and Jeff Wellington in addition to many other friends whom he considered brothers and a big cousin to many (South End) and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Durbin was greeted in heaven by his parents, Elwood and Penny Warren; nephew, Diaonthoni D. Warren, Eric "TR" Cole and stepson, Jeffrey A. Wellington, Jr.
Durbin worked for Pals Chrysalis for the past 3 years where he took care of other people. He had a contagious smile and continuous jokester personality and enjoyed telling some crazy stories. He enjoyed watching westerns, sports of all kinds on TV, fishing as well as playing video games into the wee hours in the morning; spending time with family and friends and listening to music. He loved everyone and was always the life of the party. Durbin’s oversized personality and vibrant life will be deeply missed by many people who loved him. Durbin was a free spirit.
Visitation is Saturday, March 26, 2022 from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 12 noon in the Robert C. Henry Funeral Home.
