Debra Walton

Debra Lynn Walton went Home to be with her Lord and Savior on November 28, 2022, at the age of 70. She was born on October 23, 1952, to John Edward Walton and Ella Mae Taylor.

Debra devoted her life to her children, grandchildren, and her son-in-law.  She loved her music and loved to dance.  Debra also loved to be outside; friends and family and to cook for the holidays. Debra had a one a kind personality with a firecracker attitude, but with that came nothing but love and happiness for the ones always around her.

Survivors include her children, Latrina Porter, Denise Porter, Dennis Porter III, Nina Walton and Evelyn Taylor; son-in-law, Damon Parks; a host of grandchildren, Roosevelt Speaks, Damon Parks Jr., Nashayla Parks, De’earia Morris, Dominique Parks, Desinique Parks, Maliyah Porter, Damarrion Curry, Rayne Hereford, Dennis Porter lV, Deylan Porter, Deziree Brown, Mae’Chelle Baltimore and Mariah Hereford; a host of great grandchildren, David Roberts Jr., Kaylei Parks, Kaliyah Parks, Kameron Parks, Tayden Thompson, Damon Parks lll and ZaKara Parks; sisters, Evelyn and Marlene; brothers, David, Bruce and Johnny; in addition she had close friends, Debra Fent and Connie McKeever.  Debra was preceded in death by her parents, John and Ella Mae; her sister, Ruby Walton; her son, Mark White and her daughter, Ruby Porter.

 A celebration of Debra’s life will be held at the Robert C. Henry Funeral Home, Springfield Ohio on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, with a viewing beginning at 12 p.m. followed by the funeral service at 1 p.m.
