Willa May Cromer, 89, of Springfield, Ohio passed away October 29, 2019.  She was born March 1, 1930 in Springfield, Ohio the daughter of Sherman and Myrtle (Travis) Moorefield.  She retired from Wilberforce University after many years of sevice.  Her memory will be cherished by her daughter, Donella Leinasars of Springfield, Ohio; son, Vern Travis of Dayton, Ohio; a sister, Shirley Moorefield of Dayton, Ohio, three grandchildren nd 4 great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Robert Lightner; a son, Walter Winslow; a brother, Sherman Moorefield and two sisters, Charlotte Jefferson and Elizabeth Moss.  A Memorial Service will be held at the convenience of the family.
