Van "Eric" Upshaw went  Home to be with the Lord on January 13, 2020.  He was born October 25, 1967 in Springfield, Ohio the son of Cornelius and the late Glenda (Palmer) Upshaw.  Eric had been a long term employee  at Springview as a caregiver.  He had also been employed at Stanley Electric in London, Ohio.

Eric leaves to cherish his memory his loving father, Cornelius Upshaw of Springfield, Ohio; two sisters, Michelle (Herbert) Elliott of Lilburn, Georgia and Pamela (Dean) Kenerly of Springfield, Ohio; two nieces, India Martin and Mya Martin both of Stone Mountain, Georgia; three nephews, Deanie Kenerly, Marcus Cross and James "Biz" Elzie all of Springfield, Ohio and a host of other relatives and friends.  Eric was preceded in death by is mother, Glenda Marie (Palmer) Upshaw; grandparents and sister, Michelle (Mikhy) Cross Elzie.
