Valerie Lynn Marshall was born June 17, 1970 in Springfield, Ohio the daugther of John and Lois (Harding) Marshall. She departed this life on April 11, 2018. Her memory will be cherished by her mother, two sisters, Rhonda Marshall and Keisha Marshal; grandmother, Geneva Harding and a host of relatives and friends.
