Stephen Anthoney Gazetas III, born on June 19, 2025 in Springfield, Ohio, was unexpectedly called home on Thursday, August 7, 2025.  Stephen made a major impact on his family's life in just two months of life.

Stephen is survived by his parents, Helen Givens and Stephen Gazetas. His memory lives on in his grandparents, Ami Peters, Sean Givens Jr., Tiffani Malone, Desiree Gazetas, and Elijah Woodard. He also is cherished by his aunts and uncles, Sean   Givens lll, Ayanna/Dillon (Givens) Bayes, Elijah Gazetas, Antonia Gazetas, and Alexis Gazetas. He leaves behind a host of cousins and some great grandparents.

Stephen came into this world fighting hard. He braved through his surgery and came home to be loved and cared for deeply. He loved eating, belly time on his boppy, he loved snuggling with his  family, and going outside with his mommy and daddy.

Little Stephen was a precious soul, and though he was taken suddenly from us, he will live on in our hearts. The days he spent with us will forever fill us with immense joy and love. He will be missed by us all.

Visitation is Tuesday, August 12, 2025 from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 12 noon in the Robert C. Henry Funeral Home.
