Shawnta M. Griffeth, 45, of Springfield, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on June 25, 2022 in Spartanburg, South Carolina.  She was born June 3, 1977 in Springfield, Ohio to Robert V. Griffeth and Viola M. Yasin (Holtzapfel). Shawnta enjoyed writing poems, crocheting and cheering on her beloved Buckeyes!  Her absolute favorite hobby was spending quality time wtih her family and playing with her "babies".  Shawnta was preceded in death by her parents.  She left to honor and cherish her memory our stepmom, Becky Griffeth; sisters, Sherry Dooley, Dottie (Burl) McIlroy and Alyce (Mike Jr.) Matthews; brother, Ronnie (Amber) McIlroy; wife, Carmen Williams; nieces, Kiki (Austin) McIlroy, Cherokee (Marcus) Matthews and Cali Weimer; nephews, Malcum McIlroy, Michael (Dolly) Matthews, Rae Sean Dooley and Austin Matthews; great nieces and nephews, Chandler, Jocelyn, Mackie Rayne, Alex, Ezekiel, Zane, Bash, Ella, Jordy, Pooder, Baizley, Myra, Raedyn and Araeah; special family friend, Karen Troller and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
