Ruby Inez (Headen) Glenn, 88, of Springfield, Ohio passed away Tuesday, December 27, 2022.  She was born June 30, 1934 in Talladega, Alabama to proud parents, Ellis and Lillian (Cunningham) Headen Sr.  She was the fourth of six children. Ruby retired  from Community Hospital after serving over 22 years as an EKG technician. Ruby enjoyed attending church and on occasian was the lead soloist in the choir at Phillips Chapel C.M.E. Church.  She last attended Trinity A.M.E. Church until she became ill.

Ruby leaves to cherish her memory a son, Marvin DeLeon; two daughters, Valerie Glenn and Vickie Sue Glenn; six grandchildren, Channing, Antoan, Tunisha, Stacey, Toya and special grandson, Ramon Tyre, 21 great grandchildren; brother, Ellis (Janine) Headen Jr. and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Richard DeWilt and Gary Linn and grandson, Gary Lynn; siblings, Dorothy (Samuel) Murph, Aristine (Conley) Tillman, Bennie Frank and Kaydell (Benjamin) Woods

Visitation is Friday, January 6, 2023 from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 12 noon in the Robert C. Henry Funeral Home.
