Robert "Robbie" E. Brown Sr., age 59 departed peacefully on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at approximately 1:58 AM in Springfield, OH. He was born August 25, 1956 in Chillicothe, OH to Robert and Pearl Brown; both parents preceded him in death. Robbie retired from Honda of America after over 28 years of service. He was a very dedicated and loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. Robbie took pride in having a family first mentality; he genuinely loved his family and friends. He was known for his sense of humor and making everyone around him laugh. He is survived by his devoted wife, Cheryl Brown of Springfield, OH; son, Robert (Latosha) Brown; daughter, Shirika Brown; granddaughters, Talia and Brooke Brown all of Cincinnati, OH; grandson, TyRique Brown of Columbus, OH; brother, Joseph Cunningham of Chillicothe, OH; sisters, Alycia Qualls (Jessie) of San Diego, CA, Roberta Brown of Hampton, VA, Dorothy Brown of Augusta, GA; adopted brother, Eddie Vanoy of Chillicothe, OH and a host of other relatives and friends. Robbie was preceded in death by his loving parents and two brothers, Harry Brown and Donald Cunningham. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 2nd at Church of Jesus, 623 S. Center St., Springfield, OH at 12 PM with visitation prior from 10 AM - 12 PM at the same location. A private burial service will be held at Ferncliff Cemetery.
