Richard Eugene "Ricky" Stinnett, 64, passed away at his home on Monday, July 4, 2016 with his loved ones by his side. He was born April 23, 1952 to William and Jimmie (Vance) Stinnett in Ardmore, Tennessee. On April 19, 1995 he married Chrisiell Brown in Springfield, Ohio. Rick enjoyed attending church services, volunteering with church ministries, golfing, and most of all spending time with his friends and family
