Patrick Luckett II, 70, of Lima, Ohio and formerly of Springfield, Ohio passed away Thursday, February 19, 2026 in St. Rita's Hospital in Lima, Ohio. He was born on St. Patrick's Day, March 17, 1955 in Springfield, Ohio the son of Patrick and Lillie (Owens) Luckett.
Pat attended Springfield City Schools and excelled in basketball at Keifer Jr. High School and graduated from Springfield South High School.
Visitation is Thursday, February 26, 2026 from 10:30 a.m. until the time of service at 11:30 a.m. in Greater First Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Ferncliff Cemetery.
