Mary Evelyn Owens, 92, of Springfield, Ohio, passed away peacefully on November 27, 2025. She was born on January 25, 1933, in Glade Spring, Virginia, to the late Charles William Webb and Rosa Lee Willis.

Mary was known for her generous heart, her remarkable talent as a chef, and her beautiful crochet work. She shared these gifts freely, filling homes with warm meals, handcrafted treasures, and the comforting presence of her love. A mother to many, she offered guidance, wisdom, and steady strength to all who knew her.

She is survived by her devoted daughter, Brenda Owens; her brother, Everett Webb; and a large and loving family of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren who will forever cherish her memory.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Norval Owens Sr., her children, Norval Owens Jr. and Wanda Owens; her siblings, Robert Webb, Phillip Webb, Chloe Yates, Thomas Webb, and David Webb, and her special great-great-grandchildren Daniyah and Diontez McWhorter.

Mary will be remembered for her kindness, resilience, and deep love for her family. Her legacy lives on in every life she touched and every tradition she helped create.

Family and friends will be received on Saturday, December 13, 2025. Memorial services will begin at 1:00 pm at Restored Life Ministries, 1117 Innisfallen Avenue, Springfield, Ohio, 45506. A dinner and celebration of life will follow at VFW Post 1031, 1237 E. Main Street, Springfield, Ohio 45503.
