Mary E. Johnson, 83, of Springfield, Ohio departed this life Monday, July 22, 2024, peacefully in her sleep.  She was born March 27, 1941 in Springfield, Ohio the daughter of the late James Belle and Eloise Bray.  Mary had been employed as a cook at IOOF Nursing Home and retired after many years of dedicated service.

Mary is survived by her five children, Terri Bray, Tanya (Trent Wilson), Richard (Marcia) Johnson, Dorian (Brittny Peters) Hawkins and Nakia (Dontaye Smith) Johnson; three special nieces, Tiffani Davis, MeLisa and Heather Bray; 12 grandchildren and four great grandchildren, siblings, Gary, Viveca, Valerie Bray, Hedy Vaughns, Aaron Bray and Theresa Hall and a host of nieces and nephews and special nephew, Sean Veasley.  Mary was preceded in death by her loving husband, Willie M, Johnson Jr., her parents, six brothers and one sister.

Visitation is Monday, August 5, 2024 from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 12 noon in Restored Life Ministries.
