Marsha Elaine Kelley, 75, of Springfield, Ohio, passed away on September 23, 2024, in Ohio's Hospice of Dayton. Born on April 25, 1949, to James and Eula Kelley, Marsha was a beloved sister, aunt, friend, and educator.

A 1967 graduate of South High School, Marsha continued her education at Central State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Special Education. She taught at Town and Country Day School before retiring after 23 years of service.

Marsha was an avid gardener and loved to travel and spend timewith her family. She was a lifelong member of Mount Zion Baptist Church, where she headed up the annual Black History Month program and was a member of Sophisticated Ladies. She was also a member of the Retirement Set.

Marsha was preceded in death by her parents, James and Eula Kelley, and brother James E. Kelley Jr. She is survived by her loving sisters, Saundra Henry (Gary), Rochelle Kelley (Mark), and brother, Lance (Karen) Kelley as well as extended family including, 7 nieces and 6 nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 30, 2024, from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. at Mount Zion Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Ferncliff Cemetery.
