Mamie Lee (Lawrence) Robbins went home to be with the Lord on Friday, August 15, 2025. She was born June 26, 1934, to the late Algie and Willie Belle (Gonder) Lawrence. Mamie was a homemaker and had a passion for cooking. She also enjoyed gardening, entertaining for the holidays, and taking care of all of her grandchildren. Mamie was preceded in death by her mother, Willie Belle, and father, Algie; her husband, Frank Robbins, Sr.; brothers, Willie, George, Frank, Hubert, and Johnny; sisters, Marion, Angaline, Lois, and Willa Mae; and grandson, Corey Robbins and granddaughter, Melissa Robbins. Mamie leaves behind to cherish her memory are her children, Nathaniel (Jacqueline) Robbins, Evelyn (Montgomery) Thomas, Charles Robbins, Linda (Brian) Massie, and Frank (Vanessa) Robbins, Jr., grandchildren; Brina Massie, Ericka (Todd) Hull, Montgomery (Janette) Thomas II, Racille Robbins, Linneka (Demarcus, Sr.) Sneed, JaQuay Frazier, Justin Frazier, greatgrandchildren; Antoine Duncan, LaKia Taylor, TyRon Robbins, Kaleelah Scarbrough, Amariana Robbins, Aveya Robbins, Tamon Robbins, Knala Sneed, Demarcus Sneed Jr, Zahria Thomas, Isaiah Sneed; great-great grandchildren, Jah'Riyah Roberts, Jy'Aire Scarbrough, Ja'Kari Sanford, Arlo White, Armani Taylor, Nicholas Robbins, Lay'lani Taylor, TyRiq Robbins, Lay'onna Taylor, and brothers, Elmer Harper, Reginald (Paulette) Rush, Algie (Brenda) Lawrence and sisters Beatrice Lawrence, Alfredia Fluellen, and a host of family and friends.

Visitation is Saturday, August 23, 2025 from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 12 noon in Greater First Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in Ferncliff Cemetery.
