Jimmie Lewis Brown, 67, of Springfield, Ohio passed away Thursday, July 29, 2024 in Southbrook Care Center.  He was born January 7, 1957 in Springfield, Ohio the son of Jay Edward and Willie Mae (Mitchell) Brown.

Jimmie was employed as a chef at Bob Evans Restaurant and served his country in the United States Marine Corps and was honorably discharged. He enjoyed cooking, working on cars and putting together model cars.

He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Tisha Brown and Reginald Gilbert; two brothers, Timothy Brown and Virgil Christopher Brown; sister, Lisa Brown and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents.
