Jerome W. "Jerry" Cosby. 75, of Springfield, Ohio went home to be with the Lord on  Friday, May 24, 2024.  He was born January 21, 1949 in Springfield, Ohio the son of Lawrence and Martha (Wilson) Cosby.

Jerry was a member of Champion Lodge #15, a bowler for most of his life and enjoyed fishing and working on cars.  He retired from General Motors Truck and Bus.  In his youth he attended Wiley United Methodist Church, now called Covenant United Methodist Church.

He leaves to mourn his passing his wife, Mary K. Cosby; son, Titus Perkins, four grandchildren; brother, Lawrence (Lula) Cosby: niece, Tara Cosby; nephews, Teddy (Belinda) Cosby, Raphael (Julie) Mills, Gordon (Yolanda) Taylor and Brandon (Cassie) Cosby; his life-long friend, Joe Speaks and numerous cousins and friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents, his twin sister, Teresa "Terri" Cosby; son, Aaron Cosby and nephew, Lawrence "Junie" Cosby.

Visitation for Jerry will be Saturday, June 22, 2024 from 12 noon until the time of service at 12:30 p.m. in the Robert C. Henry Funeral Home.
