Jacqueline Griffeth, 76, of Springfield, Ohio and formerly of Texas passed away Wednesday, August 9, 2023.  She was born May 1, 1947 in Urbana, Ohio the daughter of Janice (Underwood) and Jesse James Gomes.  She retired from nursing after many years of service.  She enjoyed crossword and serach and find puzzles, dancing and listening to music and wathcing sunsets.

Her memory will be cherished by her daughters, Ebony Parker of Georgia, Tameka Williams of Alabama and Deidra Limbacker of Texas; a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings, Martha Ross of Cape Cod, Michael Gomes of Maryland and Ricardo Gomes of Cape Cod; sister-cousin, Lora Ragland of Springfield, Ohio and a host of other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Walter "Yelvis" Jordan Griffeth.

Revelation 21:4  And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.

A Celebration of Life service will be at a later date.
