Howard Harold Burton, Jr., 60, of Columbus, Ohio passed away January 18, 2017. He was born October 31, 1956 in Springfield, Ohio a son of Howard and Frances (Dixon) Burton, Sr. Howard earned his high school diploma from the United States Army with a focus in Military Police and Radio communications. He served in the United States Military from 1974-1976. Howard retired in 2000. He enjoyed maintaining his home, where he set a standard for his family, neighbors and friends. Howard leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Frances Marie Burton; his wife, Felicia (Davis) Burton; children, Lakeisha (William) Davenport, Kendall (Robert) Martin, Veronica Royal (Tilan Nolan), Howard H. Burton III, Crystal (Marques) Brim, Katrina Burton, Curtis (Rosa) Burton, Sr., Howard J. Dixon Burton, Antonio P. Robinson, Jr., Alicia M. Robinson; siblings, LaVonne Burton- Gilbreath, Lisa Burton, Margaret Fultz, Jeannine Burton and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews and special friends including, Norris G Burton (cousin), Kevin Johnson, Sr., and Linda K. and Charles Harris, Sr. (mother and father in law). He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lee and Virginia Dixon and James and Catherine Burton; father, Howard Burton, Sr. and brother, Curtis Darnell Burton.
