Glenda Truss Crockran, 87, of Springfield, Ohio passed away Sunday, March 6, 2022 surrounded by her children and grandchildren.  She was born January 7, 1935 to  Willie Mae Davis and Louis Truss in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Glenda was the proud parent of seven children of which she raised by herself.  She also was the proud grand-mother of 24 grandchildren, 45 great grandchildren and 14 great-great grandchildren.

Glenda was quiet in her faith but loved and honored the Lord as her Savior.  She was one of the many moms of Linden Avenue and surrounding neighborhoods.

She leaves to cherish her memory daughters, Catherine Mathews, Sharon Crockran, Mellavesta Crockran-McGee and Aretha "Rethy" Crockran; sons, Edward Crockran Jr., and Barry Crockran.  Glenda was preceded in death by her parents, her sisters, Mary Catherine Keith, Willie E. Commons, Betty Lee Fullen and Odessa Truss; her baby boy, DuWayne "Spoony" Crockran.

We know without a shadow of a doubt that Wayne was the first person that was right there waiting and welcoming Mom into heaven.  We will miss you Mom. Love, Your Kids

Visitation is Thursday, March 10, 2022 from 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.  in the Robert C. Henry Funeral Home.  Burial will follow the visitation in Ferncliff Cemetery at 1 p.m.
