George Henry Wooten, 69, of Fairborn, Ohio, passed away Thursday, September 24, 2015 in his residence. He was born April, 16, 1946 in Springfield, Ohio a son of George Emory and Mary Ellen (Turnery) Wooten. He leaves to cherish his memory a son, George Michael (Angela) Wooten of Maryland; daughter, Marissa (Kevin) Wooten-Loritts of Indianapolis, Indiana; seven grandchildren, Tiffany Wooten, Markell Lorittis, Tanisha Wooten, George Michael Wooten II, Marquan Lorittis, Mia Jade Wooten and Maniya Lorittis; the mother of his children, Carol A. Wooten; special cousins, Booker Wooten, Katie Wooten, Dianthia (Marshall) Applin,and Shirley Harris and special friend, Carl Harlacher. He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Rosie Jean Valentine and a niece. Visitation will be Thursday, October 1, 2015 at 6:00 PM in the Robert C. Henry Funeral Home where services will be at 7:00 PM. Burial will be in the Dayton National Cemetery at 11:00 AM Friday, October 2, 2015.
