Evelyn Queen, 57, of Springfield, Ohio departed peacefully with her family surrounding her Monday, January 3, 2022.  She was born April 23, 1964 in Springfield, Ohio the daughter of Herman and Annie Mae (Willis) Queen.

Evelyn is survived by her two sons, Michael and Brandon Orr; the father of her children, Dewitt R. Orr Sr.; sisters, Joyce Hurley, Carolyn Robinson, Lillie (Edward) Wallace and Annie (Wilmonth) Curry; brothers, Harmon (Linda) Queen, Ronald (Marilyn) Queen and Kenneth Queen; special niece, her "Road Dog", Rumeka Parks and fiance, Ralph Brown and a host of nieces, nephews, family and special friends too numerous to mention  She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Betty Underwood and brothers-in-law, Otto Hurley, Richard Robinson and Colvin Underwood.

A Celebration of Evelyn's life will be Friday, January 14, 2022 from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 12 noon in Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 1171 S. Yellow Springs St. Springfield, Ohio 45506.  Burial will follow in Ferncliff Cemetery.
