Donald L. Watkins, 87, of Springfield, Ohio passed away December 21, 2018.  He was born March 29, 1931 in Springfield, Ohio the son of John and Alma (Owens) Watkins.  Donald served his country in the United States Air Force, was a 33rd Mason, was a Shriner in the Cincinnati chapter, Past Commander of the VFW in Covington, Kentucky and served as a Clark County deputy sheriff.  He is survived by three daughters and a son and a host of other relatives and friends.
