Deborah Sue Colquit (Beverly), born on January 18th, 1957, in Springfield, Ohio, passed away peacefully on March 27, 2025, in her hometown of Springfield. She was 68 years old.

Deborah's life was deeply rooted in the Springfield community where she was born and raised. Her presence touched many lives and left an indelible mark on all who knew her.

Deborah will be remembered by her five children, sons, Aundre Beverly, Antoine Beverly both of Springfield, Ohio and Derrick Beverly; her daughters, Precious Beverly of Riverdale Georgia and Ronita Beverly of Dayton, Ohio. Her memory will also live on through her 12 grandchildren, and her half siblings, Sharon, Linda, Eugene, Larry, and Harvey. Deborah shared a special bond with family friends, Katherine Beal-Awan and Danny Threats, whose companionship brought warmth and support throughout the years. She will be also remembered fondly by a host of nieces  and nephews and special cousins, Tonya Beal, Calvin Beal, and Stephanie Cunningham.

Deborah was preceded in death by her grandparents, Lucinda (Hann) and Otto Beverly; mother, Bessie Lou Long (Beverly) and stepfather, Everett A. Long; beloved son, Aaron Dewayne Colquit; and grandson, DeVonte Malachi Beverly. Though gone from this world, Deborah is now reunited with those they held dear who passed before her.

A Celebration of Life honoring Deborah Sue Beverly will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Mulberry Gardens, located at 360 S Limestone St., Springfield, Ohio 45505. Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance of a life that brought light to so many.

May Deborah's memory bring comfort to those who knew her and continue to inspire love and unity among all whose lives she  touched.
