On June 23rd 2015, another veteran earned his stripes. After a long, hard battle he no longer has to fight. Clarence Fredrick Miller Jr., a coach of little league football and baseball for over fifteen years and an excellent chef for over thirty, also a veteran of the Vietnam War, lost his battle here on earth and now soars with Jesus Christ. He leaves to cherish his memory; his children, Tina (Richard) Johnson, Tahirah Carter (Miller), Clarence (April) Miller III, Kahlisa (Trent Walker) Short and Edward (Sharon) Miller; his parents, Clarence Fred Miller Sr. and Winifred Ann (Armstrong) Miller, five sisters, Brenda Perymon, Sharen Stephens, Teresa Miller, Cynthia (Jim) Parsley and Carolyn Brown. There are two surviving brothers, Terry and Steven (Kyong Hui) Miller, numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews, one aunt, Lucille Armstrong, many cousins and close friends.
