Clarence Evan Greene, 76, of Springfield, Ohio passed away June 25, 2018. He was born July 18, 1941 in Cincinnati, Ohio the son of Clarence and Lucille (Allen) Greene. Clarence retired from the Clark County Engineers after many years of servie. He is survived by his wife, Marva (Strodes) Greene; daughter, Tamara Sparks; sisters, Susan Moore, Marylou Bentley and Donna Owens; brothers, Michael Owens, Clayton Owens, Reynourd Owens, Keith Owens an Carl Owens and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Lynette and Bernice and brother, William.
