Christopher F. May, 40, of Springfield, Ohio passed away Tuesday, December 3, 2024.  He was born November 11, 1984 in Springfield, Ohio the son of Iverson and Carolyn (Benefield) May Jr.

Christopher graduated form Springfield South High School where he was in the band, and had been employed by Code Blue.  He loved SpongeBob!.  Christopher also loved to cook, dance, listen to music and play electronic games.  He participated in the Youth Choir, VBS and Youth Ministry at St. John Missionary Baptist Church.

His memory will be cherished by his parents, Iverson and Carolyn (Benefield) May Jr.; sister, Tia Vann; brothers, Phillip (Camille) Truss of Georgia, Darryl (Tina) May, Wayne (Donnella) May and Iverson (Monica) May III all of Springfield, Ohio; aunt, Gail May of Florida; uncles, Wayne (Vonnie) May of North Dakota and Ronald May of Springfield, Ohio; extended family, Curtis and Wanda Truss, Kenny and Vivian Williams, Bruce and Carolyn Dudley, Kenny and Barbara Thompson and Bernard and Diane Lenoir; special friends, Sandra Hall, Lauren Williams and Aaron Dudley and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation is Thursday, December 12, 2024 from 12 noon until the time of service at 1 p.m. in St. John Missionary Baptist Church.
