Charles Joseph Cartier, 48, of Springfield, Ohio passed away Friday, September  3, 2021 in Springfield Regional Medical Center.  He was born April 18, 1973 in Marietta, Ohio the son of Sandra (Farnsworth) and Alberto Cartier.  Charles attended Maiden Lane Church of God.  He is survived by his parents, sons, Havier Ragland and Jose Ragland; daughters, Dremetriur Cartier, Opal Cartier, Shankisha Cole, Dreanna Cole and Dremicia Cole; grandchildren, Zah'Kyla Walker, Zy'Kayla Lewis, Miiyah Minter and Mykisha Minter.  A Celebration of Life Service will be at a later date.
