Celestine (Tina) Hill went home to be with the Lord on November 27, 2018 surrounded by her family. She was born on August 24th, 1962 in Springfield, OH. She was the oldest daughter of Robert M Sr. and Beatrice I Hill. Celestine graduated from Springfield South High School and obtained her Associate's Degree in Nursing from Clark State Community College. She worked as a Registered Nurse at Springfield Community Hospital in Springfield, OH, Southern Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro GA, and Burton Pack Elementary School in Columbia, SC. She later graduated from Grand Canyon University, receiving her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Master of Education in Elementary Education. She was currently working on her Doctorate's in Elementary Education. She was previously employed by Springfield City Schools and Columbus City Schools as a substitute teacher. Celestine attended St John Missionary Baptist Church. Celestine leaves to cherish her memory three children, Kara Hill, Kyle and Kyra Douglas, all of Springfield, OH; one grandchild, Ryleigh T Bibbs; her father, Robert M. Hill Sr. of Springfield, OH; her sisters Helen (Arlin "Par") Tolliver Sr. and Cheryl Hill of Springfield, OH; father of her children, Willie Douglas of Atlanta, GA, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and host of friends. She enjoyed spending time with her children and granddaughter, traveling, writing in her journal, crafts and helping others. She is preceded in death by her mother, Beatrice; brother, Robert Jr.; grandparents, James and Pauline Tate Sr., Olivia Tate and David and Mary Hill Sr.; uncles, William Tate, James Tate Jr., William (Bill) Hill, Fred Hinton and an aunt, Evelyn Hill.
