Bruce Dillard Clayborne was born October 3, 1951 the son of Cleo Dillard Clayborne and Anna Odessa (Beavers) Clayborne. He passed from this life January 8, 2017 at 10:30pm. Bruce was a graduate of Springfield High School and received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Wilberforce University. He served in the United States Air Force and received an honorable discharge. Bruce was a lover of animals, he loved his dog, Maggie. Bruce leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Anna Odessa Clayborne, Mr. and Mrs. John Boyd Beavers, Mr. and Mrs. Terrance Beavers, Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Daniels and Mr. and Mrs. Kristopher Beavers. Bruce would visit the nursing home to see Reggie Lawrence and Dale Wilson. He was preceded in death by his father, Cleo Dillard Clayborne; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Boyed Beavers and Mr. and Mrs. Dillard R. Clayborne.
