Mrs. Irene McWhorter Obituary

Irene L. McWhorter, 70, passed away Thursday, November 29, 2018. She was born March 22, 1948 in Cleveland, Ohio the daughter of Napoleon and Edna (Battle) Biles Jr. Irene retired from Community Hospital after many years of service. Those left to cherish her memory include her sons, James (Meredith) Carter and Warren "Storm" Carter; her mother, Edna Truss; brother, Napoleon (Rebekah) Biles III all of Springfield, Ohio; sister, Katherine L. Biles of Lansing, Michigan, three grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation is Friday, December 7, 2018 from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. in St. John Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park.
